Banking is about to get a whole lot smarter.

More tools. Faster access. An easier way to manage your money — so you can spend less time banking and more time living.

On October 27, 2026, Arise Financial is launching a new Digital Banking experience designed to make managing your money faster, simpler, and more convenient. With an updated look and enhanced tools that put more control at your fingertips, everyday banking is about to be easier than ever.

What you should do before October 27

Take care of transfers before October 23

If you need to transfer money between accounts, schedule a transfer, or sign up for Bill Pay, please do so before Friday, October 23 as these features will be temporarily unavailable until the new Digital Banking experience has launched.

Make sure your contact info is up to date

Please make sure we have your current mobile phone number on file so we can use it for multi-factor authentication – the extra step that helps keep your accounts secure. We’ll use this number to send you a verification code by text when you log in for the first time.

Remember your Digital Banking username

Your current Digital Banking username will carry over, so take note of it now. You’ll need it when you log in to the new experience for the first time. From there, we’ll guide you through setting up your access, including creating a new password.

You Have Questions, We Have Answers

Why is Arise Financial making this change?

We’re investing in a Digital Banking experience that can better serve you today and continue to grow with your needs. The new platform will provide improved security, more self-service options, easier access to your accounts, and a faster, more intuitive experience — giving you greater control over your money and making everyday banking easier.

It also gives us a stronger foundation to introduce new tools, features, and services in the future, so we can continue improving your Digital Banking experience over time.

When will this update take place?
Our new Digital Banking experience launches October 27, 2026. We'll share a reminder and clear instructions before launch so you know exactly what to expect for your first login.
Will my bank accounts change?

No. Your account types, account numbers, and member numbers will remain the same.

Will I need to re-enroll in Digital Banking?

If you've been actively using Digital Banking, your existing username will carry over, and you'll be guided through creating a new password when you first log in.

If you haven't logged in recently and don't log in before October 23, you'll need to re-enroll if you decide to use Digital Banking in the future.

Will my transaction history carry over?

Yes. Your balances and transaction history will be available in the new Digital Banking experience.

If you haven't logged in to Digital Banking recently, please log in before October 23 to help ensure your previous Digital Banking history remains accessible after the transition.

Will my scheduled transfers carry over?

Yes! Any transfers you've already scheduled will continue processing as planned and carry over to the new Digital Banking experience.

Beginning October 23, new external account transfers will be temporarily unavailable until October 27. Internal transfers between Arise Financial accounts will continue uninterrupted.

Will my accounts linked for transfers carry over?

Yes. Accounts you’ve linked to move money to or from another financial institution will carry over automatically, so you won’t need to link them again.

Will my Bill Pay information carry over?

Yes. Your Bill Pay payees, payment history, and scheduled payments will carry over to the new experience.

Beginning October 23, new users will be unable to register for Bill Pay. On October 26, Bill Pay will be temporarily unavailable for all users, including adding payees, scheduling new payments, and changing existing payments. Bill Pay will be available again on October 27 when our new Digital Banking experience launches.

Payments that have already been scheduled will continue processing as planned.

Will my eStatements still be available?

Yes. Your current eStatement enrollment will continue and all previously issued eStatements will remain available.

Will mobile check deposits still be available?

Yes. You'll still be able to deposit checks right from your phone using our new Digital Banking app.

Mobile check deposits will be temporarily unavailable on October 26 and will be available again on October 27. If you need to deposit a check during that time, you can visit an Arise Financial branch or one of our more than 5,000 shared branches nationwide.

Will I need to set up my alerts and notifications again?

Yes. Your current alerts and notifications will need to be set up again in the new Digital Banking experience. The exciting part is you’ll have new real-time options to help you stay up to date on your account activity.

What happens to the mobile app?

You'll need to update your mobile app when the new Digital Banking experience launches on October 27.

  • Apple (iPhone) users: Update your existing Rockland Federal Credit Union app in the App Store. It will automatically reflect our new name, Arise Financial.
  • Android users: Download the new Arise Financial app from the Google Play Store. You can then delete the old app, as it will no longer work with the new Digital Banking experience.
Can I transfer money between other financial institutions?

Yes. You'll still be able to transfer money between Arise Financial and your accounts at other financial institutions in the new Digital Banking experience.

External account transfers will be temporarily unavailable beginning October 23 and will be available again on October 27. Transfers you've already scheduled will continue processing as planned.

Will users I've given access to my accounts still have access?

If you've given someone else access to your accounts through Digital Banking, you'll need to set them up again beginning October 27. Shared access users and their permissions will not automatically carry over.

Once you've logged in to the new experience, open the Menu, select Manage Users, and click the plus sign (+) to add a user. From there, you can enter their information and choose which accounts and features they'll be able to access.

What about accounts I’ve connected to track my spending?

If you’ve connected accounts from other financial institutions to view balances and track your spending, you’ll need to reconnect those accounts in the new experience.

This is different from accounts linked for transfers, which will carry over automatically.

Is the new Digital Banking secure?

Yes. The new platform includes enhanced security features designed to help protect your accounts and information, including fraud monitoring, secure messaging, and additional account protection tools.

You’ll also have more secure ways to verify your identity through multi-factor authentication, including text verification, an authenticator app, or a passkey.

What if I forget my username or password?

Use the "Forgot Username" or "Trouble Signing In?" options available on the login screen and follow the steps accordingly.

What if I haven't logged in to Digital Banking recently?

If you haven't logged in recently and want to maintain access to your previous Digital Banking history, please log in to your existing account before October 23. This will help ensure your information is included in the transition.

If you don't need access to your previous history, no action is required. However, that information will no longer be available after the transition, and you'll need to re-enroll if you choose to use Digital Banking in the future.
